Exam 1 Practice Quiz
A short confidence check, companion to the NUR 120 Exam 1 Study Guide. It front-loads the
six blue-starred slides — the number ranges you were told to memorize — and still touches
all 21 content areas of the published Exam 1 Blueprint at least once.
Exam 1 is 40 multiple-choice questions drawn from weeks 1 and 2, and the same session includes the
Vital Signs Critical Skill final.
How it works: pick an answer and the rationale appears immediately. Select-all questions need a

are flagged, and the summary tells you which areas to re-read. Nothing is saved when you close the page.
Two halves. Questions 1–25 are the original bank — recall, definitions and
single-step application. Questions 26–50 are scenario and edge-case items, added after
Exam 1 and built around the question types the real exam turned out to use: ranking two abnormal
findings against each other, deciding whether one finding actually affects another, choosing a
specific instruction over a vague but defensible one, and classifying findings —
subjective against objective, and the rest. The second half is the harder practice.
