Exam 2 Practice Quiz

88 questions · every topic area, in about an hour

A confidence check, companion to the NUR 120 Exam 2 Study Guide. It front-loads the content the Integumentary deck marks with stars and arrows — 27 marks across fourteen slides — and touches communication, documentation, integumentary, pain and musculoskeletal at least once each.

The blueprint is 40 multiple-choice questionsskin 19, pain 10, communication 9, documentation 2 — and it says to expect application-level items. It also tells you to complete the ATI Communication assignments, which live in ATI and are not reproduced here. This quiz runs longer than the real paper on purpose and touches every area.

How it works: pick an answer and the rationale appears immediately. Select-all questions need a Check click; ordering questions are answered by clicking the steps in sequence, with an Undo last if you mis-click. Every question is tagged with its topic area, marked items are flagged, and the summary tells you which areas to re-read. Nothing is saved when you close the page.

Two halves. Questions 1–25 are recall — definitions, numbers and single-step application. Questions 26–80 are scenario and edge-case items, built around the question shapes Exam 1 actually used: ranking two abnormal findings against each other, deciding whether one finding really affects another, reading the same number two opposite ways, choosing a specific instruction over a vague but defensible one, classifying by mechanism rather than by feel, and ordering actions where every option is correct. The second half is the harder practice.

Printing? The printout mirrors what is on screen — print now for a blank practice test, or click Reveal all answers first to print a full answer key with rationales.

Practice questions written for personal study use, keyed to the Week 3 Communication deck, the Teach-Back deck, the Week 4 Integumentary and Wounds deck, the Braden handout, the Week 6 Pain deck, the Pharmacological Interventions for Pain reference sheet, the Week 6 Musculoskeletal deck, and Taylor, Fundamentals of Nursing. These are not actual CCAC exam items — they are original questions built from the course's own material. Items marked with a star test content the deck marks with a drawn star or arrow.
